Mission
The mission of the National School of Public Administration is to train and prepare civil servants and the personnel of higher state offices for public service in the administration of the Republic of Poland.
Our primary objective is to train and to prepare for public service officials who are:
- impartial,
- politically neutral,
- professional,
- competent,
- effective,
- accountable for the tasks conferred upon them.
This aim is achieved through cooperation with a highly-qualified staff of lecturers, who are both experts and practitioners.
The National School also attaches a great deal of importance to ethical requirements that students must meet as future officials within the Civil Service Corps. In this respect, a matter of key importance to every KSAP student is the set of “Principles of Polish Civil Service” established by the Prime Minister of Poland in 2011, i.e.:
- selflessness,
- integrity,
- objectivity,
- accountability,
- openness,
- honesty,
- leadership.
